I want to change the idea of the word "DIET". It's not only what you eat but your lifestyle and everyday choices you make. Do I go into the cupboard to get 5 biscuits or do I open the fridge and get an apple? Do I weigh up the cost of food based on quantity or based on the value of my life. Our bodies are like computers, so we have to go back into time to evaluate our lifestyle growing up because the way we programmed our bodies when we were kids, will determine how we shape our future.
I want to look at all diets going as far back as possible, so that I can find a diet that suits me. An individual choice based on my PAST, PRESENT and FUTURE.....
